Since I was 13, I’ve been driven by the power of owning our well-being. My journey began with a personal transformation—losing 50 pounds through holistic nutrition and discovering the profound impact of food as medicine. But I quickly realized it wasn’t just about knowledge; it was about sustaining lasting change.
This passion led me to earn degrees in Nutritional Sciences, holistic nutrition, and clinical health psychology. Life threw me another challenge with a Celiac Disease diagnosis, forcing me to adapt and build my practice from scratch. I learned that success in health coaching isn’t just about expertise—it’s about leadership, personal growth, and perseverance.
With guidance from wise and experienced mentors, I developed the tools to lead and grow an industry-leading multi-7-figure global health coaching company. My success wasn’t due to deep pockets or perfect timing, but deep passion and the courage to start before I felt ready.
